If I buy the Search Engine package, will I be a top ranked site?

While no one can promise you top ranking, we do know that the Search Engine changes we make will help you with your Search Engine placement. We will do our best to get you as high up in the rankings that we can.

How long will it take to show up on the Search Engines?

For Google, it can take upwards of 6 months before your site will be indexed and ranked, for the other search engines usually within 2-3 months.

What if I need more eStrategy sessions than the package indicates?

The packages are based on a loose estimate of time needed. We realize that every agent will be different and will have different needs. We'll work with you to get the package complete in a timeframe that meets your needs.

How long until my site is done?

Simple designs and optimizations can be done within 2 weeks to a month, while more complicated designs, or designs that need several revisions can take up to 6 weeks to complete. Again, these are estimates - we will always work to get your site completed as quickly as we can.

What do I need to do?

We always love input! It's much easier to design a site for somebody that has ideas about layout, colors, pictures etc.. So before your first appointment, take a look around at other sites and find designs and layouts that you like. If you want to include pictures of your area on the site, have those images ready to be emailed to your coach. Knowing the sites you like (or even the sites you don't like) will help us build something that you will be happy with in the end!

How long is the contract good for?

This isn't a contract, it's an order. Once the work is completed and you and your coach agree that the site is complete the order will be considered filled. If you need to make substantial changes down the road you will have to discuss the cost with our Member Services team. Not all changes will need to be paid for, only changes requiring substantial amounts of work.

What if my coach and I don't "click"?

Not a problem, we have a department full of coaches. If after your first appointment you aren't happy or don't think you and your coach are a match just let us know and we'll get you rescheduled with a new coach!

If found something I want for my site but it isn't covered by my package, can I still get it?

Our coaches are flexible and will work with you to design a site you are happy with, so depending on the change we may be able to work it into your current package or there may be an additional cost associated, your coach will gladly give you a quote for the work you want done.

How long are appointments, are they necessary?

We like to schedule an hour for your appointment, sometimes this may not be necessary, sometimes it may not be enough. We have found in general an hour is sufficient. Appointments are considered necessary because we need your feedback with how things are progressing, where an email chain make take a few days to get resolved, with an appointment we can get wrapped up in 10 minutes and know exactly what you want.
